Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Chronometer Savarona

This watch is available only in Turkey - home of famous Savarona Yacht.
Named for an African swan living in the Indian Ocean, the Savarona was designed by Gibbs & Cox in 1931 for American heiress Emily Roebling Cadwallader, granddaughter of John A. Roebling, engineer of the Brooklyn Bridge.
The ship was built by Blohm & Voss in Hamburg, Germany. She is now owned by the government of Turkey.

About Ulysse Nardin Maxi Marine Chronometer Savarona:
The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 43mm and has double sapphire crystals. It is also available in stainless steel. It is a limited edition of 99 pieces in gold and 150 in stainless steel. The automatic UN caliber 26 is COSC-certified as a chronometer.
