Maurice Lacroix Starside series

The Maurice Lacroix Starside watch collection will comprise several extremely elegant mechanical models for women, each of which evokes the mystery and beauty of a glittering night sky. The Starside Eternal Moon watch features a polished 38mm stainless steel case with a distinctive, sweeping lug design, a satin strap, and a diamond-set bezel. The fancifully designed two-tone lacquered dial of this complete calendar timepiece is accented by 32 round brilliant diamonds which highlight the unique crescent-shaped calendar windows, and the prominent moonphase display. Movement is the automatic winding ML160 caliber.

Somewhat simpler, Maurice Lacroix's Starside Magic Seconds watch utilizes the same elegant case design of the Eternal Moon; this model also has a diamond-set bezel and crown, a two-tone mother of pearl dial with diamond accents, and a satin strap. The Starside Magic Seconds watch offers a large date display and a unique small seconds indicator, thanks to the automatic ML161 movement.

Available exclusively in 18K white gold, and limited to an edition of 250 examples, the 38mm Starside Sparkling Date watch features 82 round brilliant diamonds set on the bezel and strap lugs; an additional 9 round brilliants are set on the winding crown. The lacquered purple and black dial serves as a stage for a patent-pending retrograde display which utilizes a single round brilliant diamond traveling in a window to indicate the proper date. Also awaiting a patent of its own, the elegant moonphase display is revealed by a moonstone cabochon.
